The annual “squaring of the circle” is carried out, in these readings of Heaven, according to the Cross of solstitial and equinoctial Impulses, analogously to the quadripartite pulsation and structure of the heart and breath of all cycles of life and consciousness.
The second season of the year 2017 starts at the Equinox of March, the second quarter, which coincides in the cycle of Nature with the spring (northern hemisphere) or autumn (southern hemisphere); but in essence and for both hemispheres, the Aries Equinox is the manifest Beginning that brings out the causing Impulse of the entire annual cycle, issued at the occult Beginning in Capricorn (see Signs of Heaven 2017 – 1st quarter cycle).
In this vernal point of the Cycle, the consciousness and forms of the Earth (the sphere of experience and Personality) receive the initiatory energy of Aries through the apparent Sun at the center (subjectively Sun/Vulcan, the Soul), while the latter symmetrically projects our planet in the Libra energy field.
This means that, even if from the point of view of astronomical evidence the Sun-Earth axis is currently in the ‘previous’ constellations of Pisces and Virgo (for the ‘precession of equinoxes’), from the point of view of the energies which propel the inner evolution of consciousness, the intercepted axis is Aries-Libra, or occultly the 1st and 7th Fields or zodiacal Signs, awaiting human capacity to realign the subjective and objective, causal and apparent levels.[1]
This cardinal Direction of constellations is primary for planetary and solar evolution and, on the common plane of the Ecliptic, injects the supreme energy of the Great Bear,[2] the Source of all vital impulse and rhythm for our local universe.
The Cross of the cornerstones of the annual Breath (solstices and equinoxes, corresponding to the corners of the zodiac Cardinal Cross, Capricorn, Aries, Cancer and Libra) serves as the Wheel of Life or “swastika” that drives every planetary evolution and development. The Prime Impulse issues precisely from the relationship between the Great Bear and sign of Aries (via the Star of cosmic Will and Direction Merak) to Sun/Vulcan and the planetary (called Shamballa in esoteric texts) and human head center.
The Big Dipper is the dynamic Motor of all vital Impulses of the solar system, and its Seven Spirits or Rishis are the prototypes of any sevenfold order, rhythm and structure of all conscious Forms.
From all this, it is clear that the Equinox is not just the beginning of spring (or autumn for the southern hemisphere) but all is renewed with Aries energy, at the level of planetary consciousness as well as its natural kingdoms, including humans, collectively and individually. Everything is pushed, simultaneously, to abstract towards higher levels, and to express in new and more suitable forms fit for purpose. Life and death, rebirth and progressive reordering, struggle and strenuous effort to apply the Law of Life to conquer new fields of manifestation: everything is controlled at every level by the Direction Aries-Libra, which systemically transmits the 1st Ray of Will/Power, the 3rd of creative Intelligence and the 7th of rhythmic Order.

Heliocentric Heaven – 2nd Quarter 2017

In particular, in the chart of the “major causes” Heaven (heliocentric),[3] this Aries-Libra 2017 Equinox is characterized by the proximity of our Earth to Venus (5th Ray: Golden Construction and mental Force), the ruler or distributor of Libra energy, where this year the Master Jupiter (2nd Ray: Love-Wisdom) dominates, the Lord of solar Space and its magnetism. The Middle Way and the balancing Law of Libra are thus the main lesson to learn and apply both to mental processes and all relationships. In order to evolve in right thinking and right relationships, in this powerful annual moment the planetary Consciousness has available the solar “square and compass”, Venus and Saturn (3rd Ray): The Master Builder Venus is conjunct the Earth from the sign of the Mother Virgo, and is in tension (square 90°) with the Lord of cycles Saturn. Saturn is the Planner of the Future, now more than ever in Sagittarius, assisted by a unifying sextile (60°) to Jupiter.
It is noteworthy that, in this 5.3 year and goal (of the inner cycle of 49 years impressed and nurtured by the Idea of a planetary Order and Plan), all the solar Luminaries of 5th and 3rd Rays (Venus, Saturn and Earth) are connected or intensified in this Fiery Equinox: we may think that such a powerful Impulse toward Manifestation lights on and engraves in receptive minds the need to identify and sow the Principles for a new Culture.
At the June solstice of this causal Sowing year, the solar Disciple Earth will cross the threshold of the “Gate of the Gods” (Capricorn), ‘escorted’ by Its Primary Saturn, by now close to the Summit (will enter ‘Its Sign’ this December). The entry of Saturn in Capricorn, and especially Its conjunction with the Destroyer Pluto (1st R.) at the beginning of 2020, will mark a decisive step for the initiation of the human Group, fixing their previous alignment late eighteenth century (which saw both the American War of Independence and the French Revolution: Liberté–Egalité-Fraternité – Liberty, Equality and Fraternity).
The elevation toward a planetary consciousness can be accelerated and harmonized by a wise and systematic Planning (Earth-Saturn-Capricorn).
The rich 5-3 interaction, conditioned by the Rays of creative and constructive Activity, is accompanied by another, equally significant: all the Rulers of the Aries-Libra axis (i.e., the expression vectors of these Zodiacal signs at different levels of consciousness) are in a dynamic relationship with each other. Aries (1st -7th Rays) is ruled by Mars (6th Ray) and Mercury (4th R.),[4] now joint and in creative relationship (trine 120°) with the Earth-Venus ‘unit’. Aries is ruled, at a higher level, also by Uranus (7th R. of Order and Renewal, so very powerful in Aries from 2011 to 2018 and now in tension with Jupiter in Libra), which traces a triangle of aspects with Saturn and Venus, the two other Rulers of Libra (the 3rd R., Brahma the Creator, is thus distributed from the 3rd, 5th and 7th Luminaries).
Thus the critical impulse of the Cardinal Cross is particularly powerful and made very dynamic by the solar Luminaries, under the direction of the Law of Life of Aries-Libra.
Even the square between the beneficent Jupiter and the reformer Pluto in Capricorn intensifies the Sound of this initiatory direction, presenting to the receptive minds the synthesis and identity between Love of Necessity and Sacrifice of obsolete and crystallized forms. Humanity needs the purification of the Fire of Necessity to become a receptacle for saving power (Pluto sextile Neptune, 6th R., very powerful in ‘Its Sign’ Pisces from 2011 to 2025).
The ‘decisive outcome’ of this tension seems to be provided by the waxing beautiful trine (peak July 22) between Uranus in Aries and Saturn in Sagittarius (4th-5th-6th R.: ardent temperance and direction to the Goal), a powerful igneous accord which directs the reorganization according to the new vision. The solar Architect energizes the Vortexes and the Goals of the solar Plan and the solar Initiator uses this energy to irradiate the Fire of the New, of the new Civilization on Earth.

- of a realignment and reconnection (Uranus)
