Heliocentric (tropical) Astrology is concerned to grasp the causal impulses of events, those “powers that produce precipitates” which Plato called Ideas. Their ‘incidence’ or occurrence, for human Consciousness, is on the ‘abstract’ mental level. It is on this vibratory plane that the spiritual world (the Soul for human beings) gradually assumes the control as central Heart or solar ‘Vulcan’.
In heliocentric astrology the Sun, the Soul, the Thinker, is at the center, and its Ideas or vital energies are associated in ideal Formulas according to the ‘incidences’ of its Centers, the Luminaries, in motion on the Ecliptic plane and in the circle of the Zodiac. In fact, it is on this vibratory Plane, infinite yet qualified by such a celestial cosmic belt, that the Sun or solar Logos chooses what to want, love and think through the Luminaries or planetary Logoi. The Wheel of the Zodiac is none other than the qualified Horizon or the ‘cosmic field of vision’ of the central Thinker, the “sun of its system.”
Sirius
The Sun is a Heart in the Great Cosmic Heart of the Zodiacal Wheel. The spatial Relationship between the respective 12 petals or vibrations, between Signs and Constellations, is the source of the Evolution of Consciousness in this Second Solar System. In particular, the star and cosmic Logos of Sirius, another Heart, is that bridge or Soul between the Heart of the Sun (Vulcan) and the 12 Logoi of this cosmic Belt (the Heart in the Head of the super-cosmic Entity called the Unknown, The “One of Whom Nothing Can Be Said”. This magnetic array of heavenly Hearts is represented on our planet through the Hierarchy of Masters presented by the esoteric Teaching, the planetary Heart predisposed to connect Heaven and Earth, Spirit and Matter, Mystery and Revelation.
It is just at the solstices and equinoxes of the Cross of the planetary Wheel (the annual revolution of the Earth around the Sun), that the planetary Logos is in the 4 sacred Doors of the Ecliptic. Here It can emit, through its seven centers, the 7 Departments of Hierarchy, the 4 evolutionary Impulses for human consciousness and of the other kingdoms. It is up to Humanity to learn, through its spiritual consciousness, to read the signs of Heaven and rewrite them better and better on Earth.
Then, it is up to us to photograph the celestial framework of the available energies in these four cardinal points and try to catch glimpses of that part of the Solar Plan prepared for our Plane (heliocentric tropical reading). The Executors of the Plan and the Great Ones of Humanity ‘use’ these energies consciously to improve the life of the planet. Still, each of us can, and should, contemplate them at the mental level and sow them every day with enthusiasm and perseverance in service within and without.
Energy follows thought, and follow the Plan reveals the Purpose.
So let us follow the Thoughts of our Elder Brothers with the mind of the Heart in order to serve the higher Purpose and Will.
The positions or incidences of the Luminaries in the heliocentric zodiacal Horizon are those spatial Directions along which it is possible to follow the psycho-geometries of the solar or causal Thought (Sun-Soul). At a planetary level, the events and forms of the “three worlds” (mental, emotional and physical) are magnetized around these rays or energy channels activated by the cosmic Relationship between the solar Creator and Its Brothers, the Formulators. The various levels of spatial substance coagulate around the rays of spirit, according to their psychic qualities and geometries.
As the code of human thought and language (mantrikashakti for the eastern Wisdom) can only originate from solar and spatial Thought, we can try to translate its Directions or psycho-metries into such Formulas that syntactically reflect the Values involved and help us accord with the heavenly Decrees.
The task of the geocentric (tropical) Astrology, considered here according to its original esoteric definition as ‘Science of spatial Relationships’,[1] is then to decode how these causal energies result in precipitating forces or effects in the human and planetary field.
It’s up to us to approach, humbly daring, the elusive Decrees of the Solar Plan and progressively conform our Thought, Desire and Action. Let them be increasingly resonant to the Power, Love and Light irradiated by the Heavens.

The upcoming date of the equinox of September 2015 sees the causal energies of the entire annual cycle (released and imprinted on the Ecliptic at the time of the solstice in December 2014) produce now their ‘precipitates’ or harvest, and then go back to the issuing Source, Heaven, full of experience and treasures accrued on Earth. The Causes focused and impressed at the Solstice now are ‘veiled’ by layers of substance, of Effects: abstract and subtle at the heliocentric/soul level, more formal and concrete at the geocentric/personal level.
In the solstitial instant of Capricorn (December), these Causes convey, in the terrestrial crucible and ‘simple cycle’ of the Earth, the full potential of higher and ‘deeper’ Cycles of the solar and cosmic Heaven. It is then at the September Equinox (4th discontinuity of the cycle) that the soular and personal Consciousness ‘bear fruit’ from these Decisions agreed by the celestial or inward Builders. So the vulcan of the Sun (Soul) ‘precipitates’ choices according to the Law or right relationships of Libra, while the Earth (the illuminated Personality) simultaneously attests the dawn of a new day at the beginning of Aries, the Sign and Constellation presiding (for this precessional cycle) to the Power to initiate and advance of Life.

So we fix, first in a synthetic form and then commenting on the resulting energetic situation, the Septenary of Formulas for the upcoming Equinox of Libra (September 23, 2015, 8.21 am UHT): 7 heliocentric impulses, causal globally, and 7 geocentric resonances, effectual also at an individual level. These Words of Power, Love and Light tend to focus the sevenfold energy distributed by the solar Powers and activated in the evolutionary Consciousness of the Planet and of Man for the entire 4th quarter cycle of the year 2015 (until the next appointment of the December Solstice).
Let us nourish them in the sacredness of the Heart and sow them in its solar and golden field, day after day, breath by breath, so that they become the living, magnetic and creative seeds of the New:

Here and now we witness the mystery of the One
The Equinox of September seems the most significant Date of this 2015 year. At the heliocentric level, the solar Architect Saturn (3rd R) in Sagittarius (4th-5th-6th R) is at the height of its square to the solar Master Jupiter (2nd R) in Virgo (2nd-6th R.), Its Sign at the highest level (hierarchical ruler). The dynamic Fire of the cosmic Archer (Sagittarius) is compared with the matrix of the Plan (Virgo), and solves the resistance of matter through the orientation to the Future.
It is the prelude to Their momentous conjunction in the Sign of the New Age that will take place in November 2020 (the last in Aquarius was at the beginning of the fifteenth century!).
Aquarius is the next destination for Humanity, and Saturn from Sagittarius, the Direction to the Common Good, funnels and orients towards it all the energies and thoughts, while Jupiter in Virgo provides forms and vehicles adapted for the expression of pure love. “In five years an entire era is crossed.” (The Call § 177).
The ‘pulling’ Saturn is actually at the top of a triangle/pyramid of tensions set up, at the base, by the vertexes Mercury and Neptune in Pisces opposed to Jupiter, as well as harmonically by Earth at the entrance of Aries and Mars in Leo. While on one hand the initiatory, transforming, purifying and unifying Fire dominates the current solar scene (all of 5 Luminaries are in Signs of Fire, with the powerful and ‘prolific’ conjunction between Venus and Uranus in Aries), on the other hand, the even sacred Rays (Jupiter 2nd, Mercury 4th and Neptune 6th) are stretched to stabilize, as bases of the new intent, the Love-Wisdom (2nd R), Harmony (4th R) and divine Compassion (6th R.):
“Humanity does not want to be saved, but loved, and that’s how we save it.”
If the Luminaries in Fire Signs (Saturn, Earth, Venus, Mars and Uranus) are the impetus, those in Earth signs and Water are the enlightener (Jupiter, Mercury, Neptune): “…as necessity is the impetus, so love is the enlightener“. (Agni Yoga § 424)
Finally, Pluto (1st R), initiatory in Capricorn, in a gradually waning tension with the Hierophant Uranus, stands above as a Light propellant, destroying the Forms, never Consciousness, which prevent the liberation.
Hence this equinoctial date seems to propel, to conquer the Goal, the Light of Love, that unconditional and rebalancing giving of the Mother of the World, of the Heart of Space and of every heart, that divine energy capable to make it clear the Beauty of being in the evolution of life.
… To BE is the freedom, that return of the Many, united as brothers, to the House of the One, the Father (Pisces), once released by the heresy of separation thanks to the progressive revelation of the mystery of the Mother of the World …
To BE, BEING, is the Communion.
In synthesis, this appears to be the causal background of the events for the next three months, combining the heliocentric impulse (the progress of the Plan) with the geocentric resonance (the conscious and responsible response of a solar, hierarchical humanity):
– the solar Will, powerful on the Libra-Aries axis for its close relationship with Great Bear constellation (the Sun is conjunct to its driving star Alkaid on 20 September), directs and co-measures to the Goal of fraternal Communion in Heaven as on Earth. The golden relationships are the basis of the new Aquarian Culture;
– the solar Heart in Virgo infuses the sacredness of Salvation in the matrix of events; the joy of cohesion reigns among the servers;
– the solar Architect in Sagittarius projects fire of Love, Harmony and Compassion as a basis for success. Humanity must be led by the light of Wisdom;
– the solar Messenger in Pisces (now as well as in the next solstice) transmits the light of Substance, that intelligence of spatial Waters which will make human thought a vector of the divine Law (Mercury in Libra);
– this bridge between Heaven and Earth reflects the mystery of the two Origins, contemplated by conjunct Neptune, the solar Christ: Spirit and Substance are one in each consciousness freed by spatial Love. Then, from the depths of consciousness, the synthesis of opposites can emerge;
– in Aries the celestial Magician initiates the solar Mind (Uranus-Venus conjunction): the evolutionary rhythms are accelerated and the seeds of the New are incessantly generated. For Mind to follow the progress of the Plan, the sovereignty of the Heart must be recognized. When united in the Fire, mind and heart testify, in the here and now, the mystery of the One (Venus in Leo trine Uranus in Aries). Everything is Fire, the great Unifier.
