Signs of the Heavens 2016 year – 2nd quarter of cycle

The impulse of the second quadrant of the annual Cycle occurs at the March equinox, which brings to the surface the seed sown at the time of the December solstice: it manifests this occult beginning or mission of the whole year. Our perspective here is both heliocentric, recognized as the Heaven of general Causes and Effects, and geocentric, the Heaven of detailed causes and effects.[1]

If the task glimpsed at December 2015 was to start an Institute of the Heart at a subjective level, this is the time to impress its image at a mental level, so that it can be fixed in the general mentality as a basic reference of the new Culture.

When the (apparent) Sun, the central Vulcan and driving force of any evolution in the solar system, is subjectively aligned to the point of the March Equinox, It liberates on Earth the propelling energy of Aries (I come forth and from the plane of mind I rule), the First Sign. The Gate of Electric fire of Aries, the Homeland of Ideas, is the solar alignment, orientation and direction par excellence of our Earth: Aries is the ‘direction of Soul’ or solar ascendant of the Earth (namely the ‘sphere of experience’ which, for the microcosm, is the Personality). The basic influence and reference point of the Ages are based on this hinge and canon, as is the dose of evolutionary power of each manifest cycle (its potential, as mentioned, is latent in the solstice beginning of Capricorn).

Symmetrical to the rising Sun in Aries, and through this solar Ram, the Earth absorbs the energies of the opposite Sign: Libra, the incessant motion towards the balance of the center, the synthesis of opposites and the dynamic harmony of impulses and relationships.

At a solar level, it is precisely this primary zodiacal axis Aries-Libra which ‘impulses’ the principles and laws of the Great Breath of the evolutionary Cycle, that current of the Wave of Life which, gradually pouring, dispenses measures of Will or heavenly Fire, promoting the harmonious advance of forms and Consciousness.

This rhythmic motion of Fire is that Light emanated, for this part of the galaxy, by the pulling power of the Great Bear: the Big Dipper turns over all cycles and developments, issuing the Seven Energies of the Wave of Life (the Seven Rays for Esoteric Astrology) mainly through the first axis of the Zodiac, Aries-Libra. The connection between this Constellation and Its Zodiac Axis is not only subjective through its Seven Spirits, or the Seven Rishis of the Great Bear, but also objective: the Stars of the Great Bear are aligned to the passage of the Earth on the ecliptic in the 40 days before the Equinox of March (Aries), as well as symmetrically to the Sun, during the respective solar ‘Lent’ in the 40 days before the Equinox of September (Libra).

“An incessant will for harmony moves the evolution”: the Cosmic Will descends from this cosmic Head center (mainly by its First Rishi corresponding to the star Merak, aligned to the Earth on February 8 and to the Sun on August 11) and, passing through the axis Aries-Libra, it reaches the Luminaries of the First Ray, Vulcan and Pluto. From here it is focused in the planetary Head center, referred to as Shamballa, the directive station which gives life, motion and existence to all planetary creatures, down to the single atom of substance.

We can therefore understand the importance and power of the equinoctial Ray of the annual Cycle: the cosmos enters into the heart, gives life and gradually activates its principles and laws, its endless resources.

Accordingly, in this vertical call of the Wave of Life, imitating the heavenly Builders, we mean to lay the foundation Stone of the Institute of the Heart:

“…the Sun rises in Aries, and we solemnly place the First Stone

as a basis on the Northeast edge, where the East merges with the polar axis.

The action resumes. The Stone is on site.

With its measures it controls all other measures.

 

“And here you remain, Foundation Stone,

and burn in secret.

You are the beginning and the end.”

The first stone which starts any construction can only be Oneness, that Idea and crystal that is the source and goal of all evolution and world: that Energy of Life which pours down, in fact, thanks to the Power of Aries.[2]

We want to repeat it, solemnly: the Institute of the Heart, the construction of the cosmic Temple of the Heart, can only be based, planned and organized on the highest principle and idea of Oneness.

The seventh principle of the new Culture “The basis and aim of organizing is Unity (Oneness)” seems precisely a formula enacted by Aries, which transmits the first and seventh energy, the One and its Order.

The planetary Oneness/Unity is only achieved through a planetary Order: first subjectively, then, when the cycles will be ripe, even objectively. Unity and union now exist only rarely in the ranks of humanity, but the current utopia of One Humanity can become real if an Order of hearts, in full agreement, attests it, dreaming of it knowingly and realizing it in and through itself:

“… Let us remember that all offered help should be accepted. When We advocate unity as the means of achievement, Our Advice is simply scientific. We require an intensification of energy that can be achieved only if the co-workers are united. (Supermundane § 104, Agni Yoga Collection).

If Unity is the basis, the canon and the final result of the common Work, all the builders of the Temple of the human Heart turn to It, all those who dream in their hearts the original brotherhood among people and between them and ‘distant worlds’, the Elder Brothers.

In this “system of hearts” which is the Uni-verse, the Solar Star of the seven sacred Luminaries is the Model of celestial Brotherhood closer to the Planet, the spiritual image of that golden building on Earth. Their incidences on the Round Table of the Ecliptic (the Zodiac) gradually indicate the steps to be taken to advance harmoniously, in co-measurement and compliance with the solar Plan and Purpose. Thus, in the light of this central Unity, let us contemplate the equinoctial celestial disposition, around the Heart of the Sun (Sun/Vulcan):

Before commenting on the chart, here is a possible synthetic formulation intended to distill the seven ‘elusive Decrees’ of the Solar Plan for this second season of 2016 cycle, as qualified doses of the energetic and evolutionary power of the Seven Rays of solar Life:

1) Sun/Vulcan in Aries – Earth in Libra:

The solar Power orchestrates the golden collaboration

The solar Love erects the altar of the Temple

3) Saturn in Sagittarius:

The solar Thinker orients the Work to the Heart of Cosmos

4) Mercury in Pisces:

The solar Mediator brings into being the consonance between worlds

The solar Mind fixes the canon of creative Work

The solar Priest shields the crystal of Unity

The solar Initiator enlivens the sacred fire of the Mother

The Luminaries are well distributed in the zodiacal circle of opportunity, in circular or golden cooperation, set as an arch around the powerful and magnetic pin of the direction between Pluto in Capricorn and the Sun Sirius, the Cosmic Heart, the Chief of our Sun;

– the solar Heart and Eye (Jupiter, the Lord of the solar space and its magnetism, and the connection vector Mercury) are in tension, opposed in respect of the central Vulcan, between Virgo and Pisces (2nd-6th Rays: Love and abstract Idealism). This polarity enjoins the correspondence between Love and Harmony to save or spiritualize Matter: “there is no love without harmony nor harmony without love.” Harmony or consonance between the worlds is to be placed on the Altar of the Temple of Human Heart. As a “lifeline” the crystal of Unity shines, guarded by the God of Waters Neptune, the great Reunifier, omnipotent in Pisces, Its sign;

– the square of Neptune to the solar Architect Saturn in Sagittarius (4th-5th-6th Rays: ardent temperance and constructive persistence) incessantly redirects the dynamic fire to the Goal of fraternal Unity, both in the solar system (sextile to Aquarius 5th R. through the solar and wise Mind Venus 5th Ray, in quintile to the great Sorter Uranus in Aries) and on Earth (constructive quintile Earth-Saturn);

– finally, the warrior desire or ardor of Mars (6th Ray), ruler of Aries, now alone and triumphant at the beginning of its other sign Scorpio, seems to remember that the self fights and wins alone, but not alone; not for him/herself, but for the world: the desire has to relate to the stars (de-sideris), not to the stables.

At the inverse geocentric level, concerning precipitation of the energies on the Planet down to the individual level, the initiatory date of the March Equinox sees the supremacy of the Mutable Cross signs, the four Powers that govern emergence of forms and events:

All of 6 Luminaries trigger it: the Pisces-Virgo axis is inhabited, like in the heliocentric perspective, by Mercury-Jupiter’s magnetic polarity, the latter at the apex of the square to Saturn in Sagittarius: if forms are not renewed, they imprison the mind and heart, and “without a vision, the people die.” This main flow of events aligns with the lunar node axis which represents the involution/evolution of form (at greatest relevance during the last solar eclipse at March 9): ironically, but also deeply, we might say “only the ones who can save themselves are safe” yet, in doing so, they save the world. In addition, the conjunction between Venus and Neptune in Pisces, “squared” by Mars in Sagittarius, might inflame fanaticism based on sentimentalism or, conversely, inspire philosophical vision and ardent devotion to the deepest truths.

Uranus, the hierarchical Lord[3] of electric Aries, orchestrates the situation at Its best thanks to the Fire Triangle with Saturn in Sagittarius and Moon in Leo (1st-5nd Rays), drawing consciousness to sublimate Substance and disperse the I into the We: thus It transforms obsolete thought forms (square to Pluto in Capricorn) toward the realization of the Temple of the Mother, of the Heart (quincunx to Jupiter and lunar Node in Virgo). Here is the corresponding septenary of geocentric Formulas for a right response and compliance of humanity to heliocentric causal impulses:

Finally, we enclose a collection of wonderful thoughts, dedicated to the Unity and Order of the One, to the dream of Aries:

“THE BASE AND PURPOSE OF ORGANIZING IS UNITY

The Universe functions and holds its parts in freedom because it is One, is governed by the absolute Unity and is an unlimited communion of relative units.

Respecting Unity is not only a religious act, or moral, or philosophical: it is the natural behavior of the right human being, the cosmic conscious unit.

The Many, if organized, gravitate and integrate around the unknown Center. Then the disorder disappears.

The many centers and fields seem to be separate, but if the structure is organized they are actually communicating, that is united.

The many are essential to know unity and union is built on respect of multiplicity and with its concurrence.

This is the key that turns seven times in seven locks.

To organize means therefore to join all human resources. To organize administers, gathers and distributes the treasure of culture, old and new.

Nothing belongs to anyone. Everything belongs to everyone. That is organizing.

Culture is always an organized spiritual communion.

The strength of the new organized Culture is in recognizing and imitating the sevenfold universal structure.

All starts from the Unit, is revealed in the seventh and returns to the Unit. And Space contains the process.

In Infinity there is no separation, there is no big or small. Who serves in an executive way is not lower than those who do it creatively.

Spirit can not be lowered nor debased, but Substance can be sublimated. This is the seventh Service.

ORGANIZING ELEVATES SUBSTANCE TO ESSENCE

Organising means building hierarchies of functions. This is the magic that spiritualizes things and events, setting up between them systems, structures, rules and functional procedures for the purpose of Unity. This magic is obtained by means of the rite, which enhances Space, and leaves life flowing free in the whole organism.

The disorganized does not progress. The organic form is rather an evolving order, which spirals up towards the best.

The effect of the organizing activity of the seventh service tends to general union by operating on parts, lesser or similar, and on correspondences, which it builds up in ever more capable organic structures.

The process is favored by the gradual growth of collaboration, which accelerates the developments for common advantage.

The union between centers and fields produces the evolution of consciousness, that is of their increasingly bright relationship.

The cosmic evolutionary commitment is the general reorganization of the relations between the two supreme elements: Spirit and Substance, Life and Space, which united to consciousness realize the Trinity, which is the One. “(Extracts from the unpublished writings of Enzio Savoini) .
