The Basis and Aim of Organizing is Unity

Cosmos is the organized Universe, that is, the manifest One.

If we embrace the idea that the Universe works and holds its parts together in freedom since it is One, governed by absolute Unity and an unlimited communion made of relative unities (cooperating and ordered following a hierarchical Plan), we can also think that (the relative unity) “humanity” is proportionally connected in that absolute Unity. This is the only guarantee of the general Communion.

Thus respecting Unity is not just a religious, moral or philosophical gesture, but the natural behaviour of human beings who recognize by heart the organized Beauty of cosmic Order, “in constant movement towards Unity”, and wisht to participate in a creative way, looking for their own part as a conscious atom or unity in the great Whole.

Organizing power is thus at the basis of cosmic order, allowing the establishment of links, similarities and rhythmic operations among all series of entities with very diverse natures, so they can freely contribute to the universal Community. This is clearly evident in the solar system’s (our “local cosmos”) way of operating and also in the microcosmos-man, in the functions of his physical organs, so different yet cooperating to the general wellbeing. Thus our very existence depends on that organizing and hidden power.

This model of Reality as a cooperating Unity can only order and deeply inspire any living progress and organization.

To organize means to implement orders or hierarchies of functions, so that Number, as a bearer of quality, is the very central power and value of Organizing.  Following a psycho-mathematical perspective, Number is in fact the key of the interval between Life and Space revealing the Quality or “consciousness” of their endless relationships.

Number is the order and essence of all things.

Numbers order the infinite infinities of combinations according to a hierarchical or qualitative scale, from One to Infinite, and vice versa. This is the magic which spiritualizes things and events, setting up between them righteous orders, structures, rules and functional procedures for the “aim of Unity”. The cosmic evolutionary endeavour would be (or is) the general reorganization of relationships between the two supreme elements: Spirit and Substance, Life and Space, linked by Consciousness in Trinity, which is the first radiance of the One.

“A great Oneness reigns in Cosmos as a powerful law” [1]

As cosmic forces operate with a powerful coordination and all spheres observe the law of Unity, humanity, as a link in the endless chain of spheres, will have sooner or later to learn to respect this law.

Human beings, with their faculty of self-consciousness, can unify in themselves the two Origins of Life and Space, ordering all their parts, from thoughts to emotions to actions. In this respect, human beings are revealead as creatures conceived and made for this bridging task.

As a consequence, a human Organization will be really vital only if “the spiral of its tension enters in resonance with Cosmic Law”, thus having its creative power to move constantly towards Unity, incessantly germinating new seeds and inspiring further advancements according to the ‘psycho-numeric’ Model of reality.

Organizing is one of the great and living human actions, an essential component of the New Culture and necessary to advance the solution of the human Community, which does not envisage equality of forms but onepointedness and unity of purpose through their coordination.

It follows that psychic union of human peoples is not to be found in uniformity, but rather in their concordant and dissimilar participation in the Common Work.

If it is recognized that

THE BASIS AND AIM OF ORGANIZING IS UNITY

it is then established that the Idea of Unity is the basis or necessity of any Organization in the New Culture. The New Culture will be in turn a central or unitary organization, that is able to structure itself into proportional and complementary sectors or functions. Within them, any people or society can bring their unique and valuable contribution, in conscious collaboration with those of others. Thus organizing implies a common sharing of all human resources.

Organizing administrates, collects and distributes the treasure of ancient and new Culture, which does not belong to anyone yet to everybody.

In other words, the Culture able to reflect the Heavens (cosmic Order) is an organized spiritual communion.

The strength of the organized New Culture is in recognizing and imitating the universal numerical structure. According to esoteric understanding, everything starts from Unity, radiates and creates through a fundamental Triad and is revealed through a Septenary, to finally return up to Unity. Space, the Mother of mothers, contains the process: the Mother is the ordering one par excellence, “the one that relates through measure” (as the root *MA indicates, expressing the idea of measurement, relationship).

An Organisation inspired by Number assigns the right place to each part in a set according to its true function, ordering multiformity following the Seven fundamental qualities which serve the One in harmonic and proportional way. Applying the principle to all structures of a community, in imitation of solar and cosmic Community, its integration and consequent identification with the higher Model is eventually realized.

The ordering principle reassembles the supreme Unity going from the manifold to the One, simply reunifying what exists in common among things which appear separate and distinct. In this way, it ensures the ultimate success of the evolutionary Work, leading to the sole Origin.

TO ORGANIZE ELEVATES SUBSTANCE TO ESSENCE

It is possible to define the organizing power as magic, since it “brings together substance and essence” and reassembles the different parts or sectors according to a “super partes” hierarchical order, into a single living organism.

Therefore, it can be assumed that human power can be multiplied to a great extent if the human community is organised into groups, acting with freedom for the Common Good and arranged to reflect solar order, both in number and functions. The success of human development depends on practical application of such a unifying principle, which is respected everywhere in Cosmos and thus also in the order of solar System and of natural planetary Kingdoms.

It is possible to make our contribution to the evolutionary Work by getting ready to cooperate with the solar System in an intelligent, ordered and new way. In the Infinite, or Reality, nothing is separate and everything communicates with everything.
