From February 4 till the March Equinox of every year, there is the progressive alignment, on the plane of the Ecliptic, between our Earth, the solar Disciple, which represents “the obliged observation point, the place and instrument for the awareness of the solar ensemble“, and the stars of the Ursa Major which are the projection and vehicle of expression of the “Seven Rishis”, the seven cosmic Entities indicated in the esoteric texts as the Head Centers of the Solar Logos, the Sources of the seven Energies of Life from the cosmic buddhic plane. For Esoteric Astrology, the Seven Rishis of the Great Bear carry the Seven Rays, which are expressed in the Solar System through the seven planetary Logoi which in their turn manifest themselves through the seven Sacred Planets. These alignments are therefore a “direct hold” of the energy of the cosmic Purpose foreseen for our solar system and our planetary Logos.

After Dubhe (in Sanskrit Kratu which means “will to act sacredly”) on Feb 4th, we celebrate today the alignment to the Star Merak (in Sanskrit Pulaha which means “potentiality or creative purifying paternity”, the prototype of Vulcan) indicated by the Tibetan Master in Esoteric Astrology as a pure 1st Ray Center (Will-Power) directly connected to Aries, the Sign of the Beginnings, and to Vulcan, the 1st Ray invisible Planet which is called “the Heart of the Sun”.
The Earth therefore receives, through these fiery Centers (presumably in a particular way on this day every year), a cosmic and solar spark of this power Ray which induces Liberation and which, through Shamballa, irradiates upon Humanity.
In response to this fiery impulse, let us impress in Space the word of power of the first aspect of the Divine:
