I am your Valor

No one should deny that he has something of special significance within him. The application may not have been found, but this does not mean that the possibility is lacking. (Agni Yoga Series, Aum § 429)

First of all, it is good to bring back to the heart’s memory that this year 6.2, dedicated to Space, to Infinity, to the Christic Principle of Love-Wisdom and to the Mother of the World as the Bases of the New World Religion, sees our hearts resound, on the occasion of the alignment of the Sun-Earth axis with the Seven Master Stars connected to the seven Rays, with the seven affirmations offered to us by the Master, with which he opens the Teaching of Agni Yoga:

I am—your Bliss
I am—your Smile
I am—your Joy
I am—your Rest
I am—your Strength
I am—your Valor
I am—your Wisdom

admirable expressions of the qualities of the seven divine Energies, the Seven Rays. (see 2023 Solar Rituality and Ephemerides)
It is also important to emphasise that after this first great gift, the Master himself addresses the hearts of the students to strengthen the courage and ardour necessary for the great Service and to instil in them the certainty that they are partakers of the same divine nature. By holiness in life, guard the precious Gem of Gems.
Aum Tat Sat Aum!
I am thou, thou art I—parts of the Divine Self.
My Warriors! Life thunders—be watchful…

I invoke blessings unto you.
Salvation will be yours!
Life nourishes the soul.
Strive for the life glorified,
and for the realization of purity.
Put aside all prejudices—think freely…

You and We—here together in spirit.
One Temple for all—for all, One God.
Manifold worlds dwell in the Abode of the Almighty,
And the Holy Spirit soars throughout…

In creation realize the happiness of life,
and unto the desert turn your eye.
Aflame with love for Christ,
carry joy to Him.
You bear wings of light…

Put aside all prejudices
and, summoning your spiritual forces, aid mankind.

Here we are today, moved by this impulse, turning the gaze of our hearts to the highest depths of Space to glimpse the alignment of the Sun-Earth axis with the shining Antares, the Heart of Scorpio lying in the luminous wake of the Milky Way and set in the Heavens as the guardian of the dazzling depths around the galactic Centre of centres. This Star is the cosmic Source of Desire, the vector and burning force of divine Love (Kamâ) or universal Motive, which leads from darkness to Light, from the unreal to the Real, from death to Life. It is the Royal Star qualified in essence by the Sixth Ray of abstract Idealism and Devotion; by that Number, the Sixth, of the “perfect Form” of the harmonic Communion of the “many”, that Synthesis which holds within itself the unitary Value of the initial Purpose. The Sixth is the Ray that guides back to the central Unity and Sacredness of all manifestation, that driving force that moves mankind forward along the path in response to the Vision, and urges it to ascend towards the Light.

Under the immediate expression of the sixth ray, the divine principle of desire has shifted potently away from the desire for material form into the realm of higher desire. Though materialism is still rampant, more and more men are driven by precise idealistic aspirations … This indicates phenomenal human achievement and the pronounced success of the Hierarchy [our spiritual Guides] to shift human attention into the world from whence ideas emerge and on to the higher values. (freely adapted from Alice Bailey, The Destiny of the Nations, p. 113)

Think of the stars that always give their light to humanity. Be like these stars and give your love, wisdom, and knowledge to others. Only when everything is given can you receive. In My Name do you work; do not forget that. (Agni Yoga Series, Leaves of Morya’s Garden – The Call § 323)

In the text The Order of Orion (available only in Italian) we read that Man, the Planet, the Sun, the Cosmic Powers, the Galactic Centre…, origins at the centre of their respective systems or spatial worlds, reveal themselves as vital Fires to which it is possible to connect in order to assume their “point of view” in outer and inner Space, to activate and transform any potential alignment in a present direction, here and now, into a “power that produces precipitates”, into a door opened wide onto Infinity, into a Beginning…

And it is today that the Heart of One Humanity (Earth) stands between the Soul (Sun), qualified by the cosmic Ray of Aldebaran, the Eye of Revelation, and the Spirit, the cosmic Ray of Antares, and in this auspicious moment, the planetary Server welcomes the sixth affirmation of the Master and resonates with that:

I am your Valor

How powerfully is cosmic energy reflected in the human organism! Each cosmic fire meets consonance in the human organism… Only a spiritual approach will reveal the significance of all cosmic correspondences and their human reflections. (Agni Yoga Series, Hierarchy § 238)

[…] The Epoch of Fire approaches, which will bring to humanity great attainments and equally great transmutations, because the Epoch of Fire can be assimilated by the spirit that adheres to Hierarchy. Our co-workers must therefore understand that only through fiery striving can one attain. In the Epoch of Fire one can build only by fire… (Agni Yoga Series, Hierarchy § 441)

The Master, however, points out that:

The path of virtue is not a singing of psalms, but labor and service.
(The Call § 323)

and indicates the signs through which we can ascertain the entrance to the path of Service:

the first sign will be renunciation of the past and full striving to the future. The second sign will be the realization of the Teacher within one’s heart… The third sign will be the rejection of fear, for being armed by the Lord one is invulnerable. The fourth will be non-condemnation… The fifth will be the filling of the entire time with labor for the future. The sixth will be the joy of Service and completely offering oneself for the good of the world. The seventh will be spiritual striving to the far-off worlds as a predestined path. According to these signs you will discern a spirit ready and manifested for Service. (Agni Yoga Series, Hierarchy § 196)

Thus it is, when the spirit comes to realize service: New wings grow, and the surrounding air sings at night. The pathway of light is revealed to the amazed sight. And the mind’s resolution builds the steps of the temple of the One Truth. (Agni Yoga Series, Leaves of Morya’s Garden – The Call § 355)

The term valor, according to an etymological study, holds within itself the ideas of vital force, quality and value, but according to the harmonic concept, it also contains the ideas of ‘chord’, ‘rightness’, ‘certainty’; and there is inherent in it a psychic peculiarity […]

In sound, value and number coexist. As number, sound can be measured (vibrations, lengths); as value it is perceived by the soul. […] There is no doubt that the numerical aspect of sound is a fact, a material one: sound perception, i.e. the judgement of the value of sound, is on the other hand psychic, and must be ascribed to the spiritual realm. […] In sound, therefore, there is an ‘a priori’ synthesis between object and value, matter and spirit, outside and inside, the world and the I. […]

[…] everything that is sound, is assimilated to goodness and beauty, is susceptible to numerical expression and is furthermore arranged in hierarchical order. Everything that is of true spiritual value is persistent, ageless, immortal and eternal. Only that dies which is valueless, and—from the standpoint of humanity—that means those factors which emphasise and assume importance where the form is concerned. But those values which are based on principle and not upon the detail of appearance have in them that undying principle which leads a man from the ‘gates of nativity, through the gates of perception, to the gates of purpose’—as the Old Commentary expresses it. That which will eventually reorganise our human life is the presence in the world of those who know Christ as their example, and recognise that they possess the same divine life, just as the affirmation of the basic law of the kingdom of God, the Law of Love, will finally save the world.
