Signs of the Heavens 2016 – 4th quarter of Cycle

The impulse of the fourth quadrant of the annual Cycle is impressed at the September equinox and influences the 3 following months till the December solstice:[1] the primary seed of the Year, sown at the December solstice, emerged as an initial manifestation at the March equinox and raised to a peak of accomplishment at the June solstice Door, now comes to full fruition and is preparing to repeat the entire cycle at a higher volute.

The harvest and distribution of the fruits, inner and outer, heralds the completion of the annual mission: the Seed, transferred and multiplied in each fruit – the One now become the Many – can continue the incessant work of renewal in Space.

While at the symmetrical March equinox the energy of Life broke out into manifestation, now it goes back as a spiral to the issuing Source, enriched with experience. Along the current zodiacal axis Libra-Aries (1st, 3rd, 7th Rays), the fiery impulse of Life abstracts the Seed of experience and leads it back to the Sower, bringing Consciousness to equalize the “balance sheet” between Causes and Effects. It is time to discriminate between the still valid choices and the outdated ones, between the necessary and the superfluous, and to leave the obsolete forms and identifications, adjusting and balancing the overlooked and neglected.

That is, in terms of astrological events, the Sun rises in Libra (which transmits the pure 3rd Ray): the ceaseless motion towards the equilibrium of the Middle Way, the synthesis of opposites in the Center and the harmonious dynamic of impulses and relationships; whilst Earth (3rd Ray) absorbs Sun’s energy from the opposite sign Aries (1st -7th Rays), the electric Fire, the manifest Beginning, the imperious impulse upward and forward.

Within the overall mission of the human kingdom to “work out and restore the Plan of Love and Light on Earth”, as well as to prepare the field for the new Culture and Civilization, the necessary step glimpsed in December 2015 (the occult beginning of Capricorn) was to establish, on a subjective or ideal level, an Institute of the Heart. In March (the manifest beginning of Aries), this solar Idea was impressed as an image on the mental level and fixed in the general mentality as a central reference of the new Culture; in June (Cancer) the essential Unity of human hearts has been recognized as ‘the right direction’ to keep plowing through the ocean of becoming.

Now, in Libra, the time is ripe to turn this common direction into experience, by realizing it as much as possible in thought, word and deed – each ‘unit’ in his/her “field of work”, influence and relationships, and according to their own potential.

Elaborating on what was written in the June reading of Heaven:

“It matters not in what measure or at what level this happened or will happen, because all Ideas, good or useful to the evolutionary advancement, precipitate into Forms and mature when they can, in due course. But just a little flame is enough to light up a dark room, and such is awareness of these subtle actions, which always anticipate the more concrete ones. Energy follows thought, and the “right direction” of a thought, the globally beneficial or evolutionary one, is given by the Sound of a ‘solar’ common Mind, an enlightened and loving “group consciousness”.

As the Ancient Wisdom and common sense teach, the ‘mass consciousness’ is not a guarantee of “right direction” or a key to success, but only the ultimate field of realization; despite the enormous apparent resistance, humanity has always been moving forward because innerly illuminated or culturally guided by a more responsible, humble, wise ‘minority’. A ‘few ones’ equipped with ‘group consciousness’ or love for the Common Good, acknowledged and lived as Necessary: in a word, by an Order of invisible beings. (…)

The collective Individual Humanity is driven in the right direction by Its Heart, properly by that central Presence or Jewel of Synthesis which is home to the Beauty underlying every differentiation, appearance and separation: that Beauty which is “the splendor of Truth” and “the mark of Unity” among all the living units.”

So the Heart is that synthetic center from which the right choices are freely carried out, that state of group consciousness and that real magnet which only can solve the “heresy of separateness” prevailing in the human kingdom (outwardly because subtly: emotionally and mentally).

Specifically, the inner Hierarchy of the planetary Heart now looks in particular at the solar Designer Saturn (3rd Ray), being the hierarchical ruler or purer ‘solar station’ for the energy of Libra, and the central pivot of the Law of Karma which brings balance back “at the four corners of the world”, in the quaternary of human manifestation. Currently Saturn is in Sagittarius (4th-5th-6th Rays: ardent temperance and constructive persistence) next to the golden Builder Venus (5th R); They are both in tension with the God of the Waters Neptune (6th Ray, very powerful in Its Sign Pisces – from 2011 to 2025), enjoining “group communion” as saving force for mankind.

The couple of creative and constructive Activity Saturn-Venus, the Square and Compass of the solar system, are strongly corroborated by the sextile to Mars (6th R.), which now in Aquarius craves the golden Brotherhood, and the trine to the great Sorter Uranus, which in Aries applies, in an initiatory way, the accelerated pace of the evolutive advancement. Even the semi-sextile to the ‘underground’ Fire of Pluto (Kundalini-life force) in Capricorn (still in disruptive square to Uranus and in tension to the star of the Cosmic Heart Sirius) is another enhancement factor of this massive reconstructive push of the Consciousness oriented to the Future.

 The Master of solar Love Jupiter (2nd R), like the apparent Sun (subjectively Vulcan, 1st R.) and thus in opposition to the Earth, is also in Libra, both helio- and geocentrically, to promote beneficially the stable equilibrium of incessant motion, as well as, where there is Christ or group consciousness, the unanimous and decisive motion of harmonic and harmonious relationships.

Finally, the Magister Musicae of the solar Orchestra Mercury (4th R), in Taurus, stabilizes the ‘superficial’ enthusiasm of Mars (squared) and provides the revealing Light of wisdom for the construction of the common vision (sextile to Neptune and in quincunx to Venus).

Here is a possible synthetic formulation which tends to gather the Seven evolutionary Directions carved by the Building Rays of the solar Plan, those Sounds and Lights that can ‘causally’ guide the hearts serving the planetary and solar Unity for this last season of 2016 cycle:

At the reciprocal geocentric level, concerning precipitation of the energies on the Planet down to the individual level, the date of the September equinox sees Sun/Vulcan at the gates of Libra, conjunct Jupiter. The First and Second solar Rays promote the balance of the incessant renewal according to the evolutionary Law.

Geocentric Heaven – 4th Quarter 2016

This harmonic conjunction powerfully augments the ardent movement toward the common Goal (the constructive quintile to Saturn in Sagitttarius), the planetary Unity, harmonizing astral conflicts with the unifying force (Saturn-Neptune square). These conflicts are largely rekindled also by the dominant Mars, now ‘at the top’ being at the end of Sagittarius conjunct the galactic Center: Mars is in fact the ruler of the lunar hierarchies of Sagittarius, the lesser builders, those units of life or energies/substances that constitute, among other things, our inferior bodies (lower mental, emotional and etheric and physical). His “rival” or cosmic Primary, the star Antares, the Heart of the Scorpion which holds the mystery of Desire, now aligned only to Saturn, also saw Mars deployed in a shining way on Its ecliptic meridian on 24 August (the fatal date of earthquake in central Italy). At the same time we have the simultaneous presence of several planets in Virgo near the lunar node, in tension with other planets in the other Signs of the Mutable Cross: such alignments have been recognized as detonators of earthquakes (see article).

In the equinox heaven, Mercury still remains just beside the Lunar Node in Virgo, hampered by both the opposition of Neptune in Pisces and the square of the ‘Mother of Form’ Moon in Gemini: it is necessary to create a bridge or a harmonic connection along the Pluto-Sirio dynamic, that is, synthetic thinking and enlightened solutions arise only if the human being is crucified between the profound truth of instinct and that of liberating Love, between self-preservation and the soul instinct for unification.

We close ritually these signs of Heaven with the sowing of the sevenfold geocentric Formulas, asserting the right correspondence of humanity to heliocentric causal impulses:

“Man is in fact a fragment of the Universal Mind, or world soul, and as a fragment is thus partaker of the instincts and quality of that soul, as it manifests through the human family.
