The first significant celestial contact of the 2019 “civil” year occurs today January, 2, when the Earth (3rd R.) in Cancer (3rd and 7th R.) is opposed to Saturn (3rd R.) in alignment with the apparent Sun (2nd R.) / Vulcan (1st R.) in Capricorn (1st,3rd and 7th R.), lighting up a powerful direction close to the solstices axis which during these years points toward the Center of the centers of our galaxy.
The Sun (2nd R.), our imperfect God, is a furnace of Love. Close to its solar crown Vulcan circulates, the Sun’s heart, the first Ray Luminary which forges metals in its burning oven in order to produce forms of beauty, as well as weapons to fight the battles of spirit.
The first two divine aspects are always present at the center of our solar System and the conjunction to Saturn, the Third Ray of shining Light and active Intelligence, irradiates, as a powerful core, the fundamental energetic ternary from which everything originates: Light, Love and Power that the disciples of the world invoke.
Everything is possible but we need to be cautious, brave and steady.
Saturn, Luminary of third Ray, is the Master of Thought of the Earth, whose personal Ray is also the Third. It is extremely powerful in Capricorn, of which It is both exoteric and esoteric ruler. It is the one who applies the trials, It is the collector of karma and the Planner, and therefore offers Mankind, now in an extreme way, the opportunity to reorient towards the evolutionary Goals.
Sowing for the year 5.5 – New Culture and new Civilization
From the point of view of the Plan Table set up in 1990 (see Asserting the Planetary Plan), the current year marks a cardinal cycle, the fifth of the fifth septennium, dedicated to the New Culture and New Civilization, by which our intention is to sow in human minds the formulas which have been inferred from this Fifth Goal and arranged in the numerical and sound matrix of the Lambdoma (see: Solar Rituality and Ephemerides 2019).
They can be seen as the first answers to a series of systematical questions addressed to Space, which we propose to launch together, nourishing them through our psychic energy, in concurrence with the indicated celestial dates.
Therefore, for the today deadline, when the 1st and 3rd Rays respectively of Vulcan and Saturn are involved, while aligning ourselves with these celestial energies, we sow the formulas of the Goal 1.3: “Illuminating the evolutionary Goals” and its reciprocal 3.1: “Directing to the Solar Plan”, which reply to the question: “What is the Purpose of the new Economy in order to Plan a planetary Economy?”, so:

- Let us Direct to the solar Plan in order to Illuminate the evolutionary Goals
At the same time, since the energies resulting from the relationship between the Sun (2nd R.) and Saturn (3rd R.) are also ignited, we sow the formulas of the Goal 2.3: “Orienting the matrix to the primary objectives” and of its reciprocal 3.2: “Expanding collective consciousness”, as an answer to the question:” What is the Field of Service of the New Economy in order to Plan the planetary Economy?”, and so:

- Let us Expand collective consciousness in order to Orient the matrix to the primary objectives
Tracing the right directions of the Future is synonymous with directing to the solar Plan. The evolutionary Plan is set up by the Will and Thought of the higher Consciousness, and is ‘constituted’ by Their very Energy. The Planetary Plan can be carried out by learning to follow the solar Plan evolutionary or golden spiral which is drawn by the directions and cycles of its “centers”, the Luminaries. The desire to advance according to the Luminaries reveals to the spirit its own way; applying the law of coordinated cooperation with the celestial or spiritual Hierarchies, according to an order of major and minor Creators in a progressively united work, ensures the ascent and enlightens the evolutionary goals to be achieved.
The possession of the knowledge of higher laws confirms the Brothers of Humanity as the Leaders of evolution … The energies are strained in identical manner upon the physical and spiritual planes; hence, the laws are in mutual correlation.
The Brothers of Humanity outline the plan for human evolution, working with cosmic energies and in conformity with all courses of the luminaries. Revealing all the chosen ways of progress, We, Brothers of Humanity, confirm the best interweavings. The attraction of the Cosmic Magnet can effectuate Our manifestation and direct humanity in ways of the radiance of Materia Lucida. Thus, the Brothers of Humanity are those Propellers of evolution who teach humanity the conscious attitude toward the Karma of the planet. Therefore, one should understand that there is a uniting power in operation between all manifestations of the Cosmic Magnet.
