MOTTOS:
“I COME FORTH AND FROM THE PLANE OF MIND, I RULE”.
“LET FORM AGAIN BE SOUGHT”.
ONE*
Capricorn is the sign of the beginning that lights up in the depths of consciousness and drives it to go down or up. The process thus initiated ends in Pisces, as we have seen, in later solar cycles, according to the free rhythm of growth characteristic of any consciousness. It is clear that not everything that starts in Capricorn will be finished in a single year; Pisces presides to the final achievements, when “the time comes”.
Aries, examined here, is instead the sign of the manifest, concrete beginning. From it emanates the command to achieve an established goal, which inwardly is achieved instantly, according to a gradual, apparent, successive process.
The union, or welding between beginning and end, namely between the first and the seventh divine qualities, determines and exalts the horizontal axis, along which the energies of formal life are channeled. From Aries flows a stream of sparks that rush to the goal, each generating, directing and carrying out their own development process.
*
In this sign, of course, the first Ray is very powerful, and rules and guides the growth of any living organism.
TWO
The particles of space, that is the minimal spatial entities, receive the seeds of creative Fire, and each one is disposed to active obedience, by reacting to the quality of the fire put into it.
What in Pisces had not yet reached full maturation resumes momentum in Aries and reignites the commitment.
THREE
It is the time of renewal. New energies flow into all evolutionary projects and programs, annual or multiannual. A single source feeds all the channels; therefore, the overall unity, underlying the multiplicity of forms, in the depths of the consciousnesses is strengthened, without tying the free paths of individual development.
FOUR
The Fire, if free, rises, and in any case gives to the forms that hold it a continuous, irrepressible aspiration to ascent, which becomes increasingly intense as the illusion gradually loses power.
This component of universal motion is the cause of the evolution of consciousness and of the progress of form, and is expressed in the spiral, the true symbol of every motion of the Cosmos.
The motions so far cited, of Capricorn (vertical and alternating), of Aquarius (horizontal, twofold and oscillating) and of Pisces (variable combinations of the first two) merge, in Aries, in this most celestial curve, in which the central point rises or goes down according to its own law while the peripheral points circulate around it. This motion is always innovative, inventive, varied, yet respecting one law, invariant. It rules all the harmonies and guides the consciousnesses to the summit.
FIVE
The command of growth and development launched by Aries does not limit the individual will, which remains free to choose, for innumerable changes, its own unique orbit of approach. Nor does it force us to ascend only, so that it is possible and right even to descend, when and so long as this is in conformity with the nature of each one. The only law accepts and provides infinite meanings, and all the variations of each variant. The only motion adapts itself to all branches and multiplications.
This is manned by the fifth quality of the sign.
SIX
The boundless multiplicity of solutions, or of obedience to the unitary command, expresses a single truth; and higher and more powerful this is, the more numerous and different are the avenues of approach. But the central core of Fire implanted by Aries remains alive and resplendent, and by its fiery nature it communicates with all the other burning seeds, scattered to saturate Space.
Each center is always in touch with all the others.
This happens because Fire is the only element present and dominant in all the others: since it is inextinguishable, it guarantees the final union.
SEVEN
In this, as in every other cosmic region, the seventh quality unites the Fire of Life to the Fire of Space: it is the great, glorious, divine magic. In Aries this event begins and celebrates spring.[1]
*
In dealing with the first quality of this sign, it has been affirmed that the axis 1 – 7, which connects the debut to the conclusion, is dominant here. It may be added that in this law the end, or goal, also has an active role, since it attracts to itself and favors the whole process of growth and affirmation, not only, but somewhat because it marks the beginning of a new path.
Therefore, the seventh Ray is powerful in Aries.
Very revealing! And also this from Esoteric Astrology (AAB)

The keynotes of the sign Aries are four in number, all conveying the same idea. They can be expressed in the following four injunctions which are given, symbolically, to the incarnating soul:
1. Express the will to be and do.
2. Unfold the power to manifest.
3. Enter into battle for the Lord.
4. Arrive at unity through effort.
Creation—Being—Activity—Strife—Synthesis, these are the nature of the Lord of the first constellation and enable Him to influence our planet to these results. And thus the great cycle of struggle towards expression starts and the foundational words of The Secret Doctrine, with which you are all so familiar, expresses the goal and the purpose of the first sign of the Cardinal Cross:
“Matter is the vehicle for the manifestation of soul on this plane of existence, and soul is the vehicle on a higher plane for the manifestation of spirit, and these three are a trinity synthesised by life which pervades them all.”—S.D. I. 80.
