On this day the energies of the 5th Ray of our solar Lord of Manifestation Venus merge with the powerful Will energy of the 1st Ray of Pluto in the Sign of Initiation Capricorn (transmitting the 1st, 3rd and 7th Rays: Power, Light and Magic Organization; Purpose, Plan and Order), 5 days after Its union with the other solar Reformer Saturn (Venus is the highest Agent of transmission of the energies of Capricorn for our planetary evolution, being its “hierarchical ruler”).
In this their first annual appointment (the second will be on November 16) Pluto infuses all the causal power for transformation and destruction of the old forms, necessary for the manifestation of the New fabric according to the golden structures of Venus. Thus the destructive Will of transformation radiated by Pluto merges with the constructive energy according to the right relationships of Venus:
“… part of the work of Pluto is to “cut the thread which binds the two opposing lives together”. It is the task of Venus to “reunite the severed lives but with no binding thread.”.” (Esoteric Astrology, p. 130)
The direction towards the Summit is marked (see here) and, freed from the old forms, one proceeds rapidly on the new Way.

On the occasion of this annual meeting of the two luminaries we align ourselves to the formulas for a new Culture/Civilization of the Goal 1.5: “Manifesting the power of creative energy” and 5.1 “Governing according to hierarchical Principles“, which answer the questions: “What is the reference for a new Construction to Manifest the Purpose?” and “How to Manifest Freedom?”, and therefore:

“Cosmos proclaims that life pulsates in all atoms and sets into motion the manifestations of evolution. But Cosmos proclaims not only the organic but all manifestations. It proclaims psycho-life. Psycho-dynamics of the spirit constitutes the foundation of Be-ness. Psycho-vision is the basis of sight. The manifested psycho-spiritual thought of Cosmos is the guaranty of creation throughout the entire limitless life of Cosmos. In all manifestations of the spatial organisms, search not only for the impulse but for the attraction of psycho-life in the atom. Then you will discern not one world alone but all the limitless worlds of Cosmos. We shall find the meaning of all the surrounding worlds and of the Supreme Reason.
All cells exemplify not only the process of growth but the existing psycho-dynamics of Cosmos. Man and his progeny reveal the same psycho-dynamics, diffused throughout Cosmos. When those who know the principle of psycho-dynamics will realize that, in order to continue the propagation of mankind and the generation of the sixth race, it is necessary for humanity to advance in psycho-dynamics, then access to the cosmic energy may be gained. Affirmed principles of life and motion carry with them the concept of shiftings and succession which leads to Infinity.
The death of the organism is manifested as a kind of chemical reaction, but the man who kills his psycho-life, that of his spirit and of his consciousness, sets himself among the evident destroyers of the progress of cosmic creation.
