At each solstice, the Disciple-Humanity (the Earth in astrological terms: 3rd R)[1] reaches the initiatory threshold of the Door of the Gods guarded by the Sign Capricorn (1st -3rd-7th R.): at the June solstice the Earth-Humanity faces the Summit from the Center, ruled by Sun/Vulcan (2nd-1st R., analogically the Soul and the Real Government of the Planet), vector for consciousness of the energies of the opposite Sign Cancer (3rd – 7th R.), the Valley of Dark Light, the Gate of Men.[2]

The Highest and the Lowest unite, and each process inscribed in the annual Breath of the Planet reverses the direction of its motion, according to the spatial and symmetrical Law of Alternation, the Polarity of Life:
“The first mother of all forms is water, and fire is their father. In Cancer (the ocean), life, consciousness and form merge into a quaternary. The motion of the annual cycle is reversed and begins to descend, and the rhythmic law of life is affirmed. The forms, now conceived, mature in the depth and set off to their conclusions; the spirit that inhabits them begins its own liberation.”[3]
The impulse of the June solstice mirrors and equalizes the original one of December solstice and celebrates its formal triumph, the descent into the ‘flesh’ in the following six months. The sense of vigil and wait for the fateful date of 2020 (indicated in the reading of the 2019 signs of Heaven) consolidates and guides the vision of the servers of the worldin the “right direction”.
The very powerful equinoctial impulse (see reading of second quarter 2019) has moreover pushed the higher mind of Man to understand the prime necessity for a fiery Brotherhood (at causal level [4]) in order to build with strength and wisdom the new solar Culture on Earth.
Trained this year by the wise and benevolent Jupiter (Second Ray of Love-Wisdom) in Sagittarius (4th-5th-6th R.), the ‘novice’ Earth-Humanity must now meet (between 9 and 14 July) the two highest solar Examiners, which in recent years have been plying the crystallizing and liberating waters of Capricorn: Saturn (Third Ray of Creative Intelligence) and Pluto (First Ray of Will or Power) which at all costs command redemption, regeneration and renewal.
To ascend you must leave the weights on the ground, on earth …
The Initiator Uranus (Seventh Ray of Ceremonial Order and Magic) in Taurus (4th R.), in a beautiful trine to the Earth, supports Humanity in this state of consciousness transition, thanks also to the tension (opposition) to His ‘minor octave’ Mercury (Fourth Ray of Harmony through conflict, the Magician who thinks and expresses the celestial Order of Uranus through Beauty in Form). At the solstice Mercury shines at the incipit of His “hierarchical” Field Scorpio (4th R.), which calls the fourth Human Hierarchy to achieve the Victory of Light and Harmony.
This deep transforming charge is fed by the square of Mercury to the ‘egocentric’ Mars (6th R. non-sacred) in Leo (1st -5th R.), the concentrated solar fire which strengthens the building and golden force (for the aspect of quintile 72°: 5th R.) of the solar Mind Venus (Fifth Ray of Mind and Knowledge), in powerful tandem to Uranus in Taurus and in a realizing synthesis trine to Pluto.
Ascension and Construction are the dominant themes of this June solstice, in support to the evolving human consciousness called to transform a new dose of supernal Light into a wise service to the Valley.
The Teaching about the Distant Worlds and Goals received by the Master Jupiter in Sagittarius is interwoven with the need to bring salvation to the “prisoners of the planet” (square of Jupiter to Neptune, Sixth Ray of abstract Idealism and Devotion, the God of the Waters and the other solar Mother, until 2025 in Pisces – 2nd-6th R.). Divine dispassion or Compassion is the energy needed to inspire the new Order of Love, and a favorable day to receive inspiration in this sense will be when the Sun-Earth axis joins Neptune in their annual appointment (10 September 2019).

What stands out in this configuration is the zodiacal axis Cancer-Capricornus, not only because it rules the solstice impulse (Sun-Earth direction), but also for the multi-opposition between Saturn and Pluto at the southern lunar node on one side, and Mercury-Mars at the north lunar node on the other: from what is crystallized and no longer compliant it is necessary to move to a new phase characterized by a more responsive and dynamic sensitivity, capable of spreading the saving force (aspects to Neptune in Pisces) and to nurture the new evolutionary rhythms (aspects to Uranus in Taurus and to Jupiter in Sagittarius, the latter opposite to Venus in Gemini, which rules esoterically as the Higher Mind merging opposites).
