The second powerful heliocentric accord between Jupiter (2nd Ray), the Lord of Space and the Magnet of solar Love and Wisdom, and Venus, the Lord of Divine Proportion and Mental Construction, resounds in the Solar System and in the causal field of human Souls (the previous was on March 11)*, precisely in the 1st sector (1°- 5°) of Capricorn (1st, 3rd and 7th Rays), the supernal Light of the Summit.
In Capricorn, Venus [hierarchical ruler] is the spiritual love and reveals that desire for the whole, for the universal, which marks the initiate and every true expression of spiritual life. It reveals the second divine aspect, that is consciousness, or intelligent love (Vulcan, as the divine Consort of Venus and Heart of the Sun, veils the synthesis between the first and second aspect).
Capricorn, connected to initiation, exalts the sign of the coming Savior (Pisces), and these higher spatial relations will show themselves powerfully if Humanity will want it and will benefit from the influence of Venus, using the mind to reflect the purpose of the soul (Venus is in exaltation in Pisces).
In Capricorn “Jupiter reaches its lowest point of expression in the densest material aspect, and then—as love and selflessness triumph—this lowest aspect vanishes and disappears. It is to the “fall” of the highest aspect (of Jupiter) that the symbolism refers, and then later to the fall or disappearance of all that is base and low. Love is fallen and blinded when desire is rampant; desire vanishes when love triumphs.” Jupiter falls in Capricorn (like Neptune), “when the Christ life and consciousness come to full fruition.” (A. The joint Work of the two Luminaries, the dualism of Venus and the polarity of Jupiter, in Capricorn, activates all the Rays, closes consciousness into form in order to free it, then, better, more luminous and expanded.

In the spirit the achiever attains the highest creativeness and thus becomes an assistant of the Creator. Wanting to well orient the Sowing of the Formulas for a new Culture/Civilization, on the occasion of this conjunction, sacred to the 2nd and 5th Ray of Jupiter and Venus, we align ourselves with these powerful celestial energies and ‘activate’ the formulas of Goal 2.5: “Recognizing Space as a living entity” and its reciprocal 5.2 : “Educating toward the Golden Proportion“, which answer the question:
“How do we prepare and nourish the Field of service of the new Planetary Science to work for the Building of the new Thought?”,
as well as the reciprocal:
“How do we manifest the new planetary Education to attract to the Wisdom of Heaven?”,
and therefore:

The Plan ever implements the Purpose. If at least part of the Planetary Purpose is to provide a vehicle made suitable for the expression of our Cosmic Monad (R&I 366) and in doing so, bring to fruition the fundamental purpose of our Solar Logos, which as the heart centre of our Cosmic Logos, is destined to bring together spirit and matter, then that which fashions the planetary life in accordance with this underlying Purpose is called The Plan.
As we know, the Plan is designed to assist in the eventual perfection of Humanity, as the throat centre of our planetary Logos, this eventual perfection will allow the final expression of Love through the process of creation.
So Age after Age, the methods and goals of any given cycle to assist with bringing humanity forward in its spiritual evolution are laid out by Hierarchy, always taking into consideration of the facts ‘on the ground’ and the state of humanity’s need at the time.
“That the development of the human being is but the passing from one state of consciousness to another. It is a succession of expansions, a growth of that faculty of awareness that constitutes the predominant characteristic of the indwelling Thinker. It is the progressing from consciousness polarized in the personality, lower self, or body, to that polarized in the higher self, ego, or soul, thence to a polarization in the Monad, or Spirit, till the consciousness eventually is Divine. Perhaps for this current cycle in which we find ourselves, the latent Will aspect must be developed and controlling so that by the time the third initiation is taken in this Fifth Rootrace, the monadic influence will be predominantly that of the divine, purposeful will. The Seeds are always planted far in advance of blooming.
