Today Mercury (4th Ray, Harmony) joins Its Brothers Saturn (3rd Ray, Light) and Pluto (1st Ray, Power) already in conjunction in Capricorn (1st, 3rd and 7th Ray) according to the heliocentric vision, whose exact meeting was brought back to our hearts yesterday, 10 January 2020.
The Messenger of the Gods, the Magister Musicae of the solar system, illuminates with Its intuitive mind the great Design that develops enormously in our troubled times, involving us both at a deep and subtle level with great promises of transformation and achievements, which are announced by the radiant conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn in Aquarius at the end of the year.
In the initiatory sign of Capricorn, let us reflect on the 4th aspect of Power and of Light (1).
“4th ASPECT OF POWER
The 4th aspect is closely connected to the second and given its central position among the seven, it is the one that most fully expresses the centrality of power.
Any power, being ad absurdum peripheral, would have no way of asserting itself in order to work out, as power must repeat its centrality “ad infinitum” until it occupies all the space in order to achieve the perfect communion with the second aspect.
Its ability to penetrate has already been recognized, now it is highlighted the fact that it exercises and affirms itself on the centers, from which it operates and acts.
A form that is organized so as to clearly express its own center (as happens in many flowers), irradiates its beauty and harmony just from it.
Centrality is never separated from that supreme joy that is beauty, which every fourth aspect creates and manifests.

4th ASPECT OF LIGHT
From the fourth aspect onwards it is noted that the qualities of the Light no longer appear so evident, they are not represented with equal force by the symbols and do not manifest the periodicity and rhythm that instead distinguish the first three [aspects]. They are in fact expressions of the rays of attribute, the minor ones.
It is possible to recognize the 4th aspect in the property of transparency and reflection, characteristic of light. If two light rays from different sources cross, they do not cancel each other out, but that meeting point becomes brighter: the Light is transparent to the Light, the Light does not oppose the Light.
It also undergoes any process of reflection, always remaining equal to itself and, with very simple objects such as a mirror or a lens, it is easy to make the light rays perform symmetrical and precise geometry paths.
The qualities that Light contains exist where it does exist, beyond form, and for them to appear they need the intervention of a medium that is itself limpid, clear and capable of reflecting. The Light is then in contact with the world created by it: the fourth property, the elusive demarcation between reality and appearance, is intermediate between the a-formal and the formal world.
In a peculiar way, we can observe that Light stands for the ability to mediate as it is, par excellence, the substance of the fourth plane, the Buddhic or Enlightenment plane. This level, intermediate between the seven of the manifestation, guarantees the symmetry between the spiritual world and that of the forms. Therefore Light, illuminating substance, has in itself the nature of the fourth Ray. Transparency, reflection, shininess must therefore be the quality of the fourth Vertex of the Star [see the Star Group Work] who, keeping nothing for him/herself, nor resisting, faithfully mirroring the higher creative work, illuminates the world of creatures.
He faithfully performs the work assigned to him, does not deform but accurately reflects the energies hitting him.
This means sacrifice and continuous activity to keep himself clean, limpid, pure.
The apparent indifference and latency of the fourth Vertex actually hides a precious and irreplaceable role: he is the real “Magister Musicae”. He is not the composer but the conductor who coordinates the most disparate voices and merges them into a homogeneous whole, faithful to the original and unitary thought.
Finally, the fourth quality, understood as transparency, makes the forms incorporeal, allows the vision of their contents and is always present where beauty shines. If the air is transparent, the day or night is beautiful: everyone knows it. “
