In this year dedicated to the Goal 5.4 of the inner Plan formulated for the assertion at the causal level of a Prototype for a human planetary Order, we solemnly celebrate the last of the three heliocentric (‘soular’) conjunctions of this year between the two relative Luminaries and Principles of 4th and 5th Rays: Mercury and Venus.
Today, 1st December 2018, after their heliocentric conjunctions in the Signs* of Aries and Scorpio, Mercury, the Divine Artist and principal Regulator of relationships, and Venus, the Lord of Divine Proportion and the occult Governor of the translating process from solar formulas to mental forms, are flying together in the space colored by the quality of Cancer: the Will of becoming fertilizes substance, new seeds sprout and Life emanates its Mastery into the manifestation of a new phase of the Solar Project.
Their relationship, expressed by the divine Hermaphrodite (Hermes = Mercury and Aphrodite = Venus), at human level causes intuition to guide and clear the mind, so that its dual power realizes a golden state of consciousness, unitary and higher. The year 5.4, another son of this relationship, has ignited our commitment to create in co-measurement and consonance with the ‘elusive Decrees’ of Heaven (see here) and, through and towards the mastery of the heart which listens ’between’ the sounds and looks ‘between’ the lights, to let emerge Its heavenly Formulas.
As we read in the Teaching of Master Morya:
“Each thought given to humanity is for execution. Otherwise, why saturate the space? … Vital action is the application of the thoughts of the great creators … Thus, the manifestation of shifting is commensurate with the application of thought in life. Only striving to a vital action produces shifting …”
“The entire power of the spirit is contained in the cosmic understanding. All the applied formulae must conform to the higher understanding. Only in cosmic understanding is contained the creativeness of the spirit. Only the commensuration of action with beauty gives the formula of life. Orienting our mind and heart towards the imminent new beginning (Goal 5.5: New Culture and Civilization) and the coming crucial Date 2025, let us join our celestial Brothers and resound the notes of Harmony and Joy through the Symbols and Seeds referring to the Goals 4.5 and 5.4 and the Formulas which focus these Vortices and Vertexes toward 2025:

The star of creation shines where forms are born. It manifests things, and itself.
It has the task of uniting the lesser to the greater part, and this one to the whole. Thus it differentiates between this and that, yet not separating them.
It transforms the sublime into the concrete without extinguishing that Fire.
Below the Star, creatures vibrate.
Above the Star, a rainbow, a bridge of Heaven, is burning.

* The Signs are referred to the causal subjective influence of their relative 12 creative Hierarchies of Lives which are part of the Solar Logos Body of expression on astral and physical cosmic planes.
According to esoteric Astrology, these causal energies are transmitted by the Zodiac Wheel of the 12 Signs, the 12 Archetypes of the Evolution of Consciousness, respectively but not coincidentally (at the phenomenal level) with the relative astronomical or sidereal Constellations. The Signs stand between the Constellations (understood as the Body of expression of the same Entities or cosmic Logoi that govern them subjectively) and the solar system, the Planet and Man, and are those “concentrated influences” that represent and transmit their Energies; The Wheel of the 12 Zodiacal Signs is the Motor and the Model of the Evolution of the so-called Fourth human Hierarchy.
This heliocentric tropical perspective still concerns the celestial energies in rapport to the Planet as well as to Humanity as its 3rd planetary Center, but at a higher causal/soular level.
