Let us also share the events we have planned in preparation to and during the Festival Week. This will enable all participating groups:
- to be aware what we collectively do as One World Group during the Festival Week,
- to participate in each other’s events and
- to cooperate and coordinate between groups during the week.

Please note that there might be a delay of up to 24 hours for the information you submitted to be displayed on the Bulletin Board. In case you need to share updates to the event already posted on a Board, please make a new entry with a note to a Bulletin Board coordinator.

By sharing the information online, we hope to maintain a secure and stable space for intergroup information sharing.
The Bulletin Board can also be embedded in any website, including yours. It would be regularly updated as more groups would share about their plans. Here is an example how the Bulletin Board looks when embedded in a website:
