At the dawn of a new annual cycle, recognizing the creative power of unified thought aimed at the Future, let us look to the celestial traces of the Solar Plan, to imitate its steps as cooperators ever more aware of the evolutionary impulses.
As already commented in the two documents Outlines of the Sixth Septennium and The Seven Steps towards 2025, the incoming year 2023 sees, in the heliocentric chart of high causes, the following positions of the 4 solar Maharajas[1]:

Jupiter, the Second Ray of Love-Wisdom Principle, after been ‘charged’ with 6th Ray energy in Its rare conjunction in Pisces (2nd-6th Ray) with both Neptune and Mars (June 2022: see Mars-Jupiter-Neptune Rhythm and Cycles), now dominates in the First Sign Aries together with Mercury (Fourth Ray of Harmony through conflict, esoteric ruler of the Sign), teaching consciousnesses the need to come forth and govern from the plane of the mind to resolve conflicts into harmony. Through the unity of minds harmonized with the Common Good, i.e., capable of thinking for Love and with Wisdom, the new Ideas sources of Evolution will produce the New world Culture, Religion and Order indicated for the Age of Aquarius, despite and beyond the as yet unliberated human will.

Solar Wisdom calls to the resolving power of Unity
Jupiter, the solar Wisdom, has been sailing the fiery waters of Aries (1st and 7th Rays) since the summer of 2022 and in this December Solstice It is close to touching the center of the Sign from which the electric Fire of the World of Ideasemanates, or Solar Will, Source of the Evolutionary Plan. The initiating and initiatory flash of the First Sign sets in motion the Wheel of the evolutionary cycle which inexorably drags beings into the spirals of Becoming until consciousness “reverses the motion” of the path and prepares to return to its original Source, to the Father’s Home, free to serve and save (Pisces: the last Sign, ruled by Jupiter).
Jupiter ‘takes advantage’ of the proximity of Mercury, the solar Messenger, to spread into Space, magnetizing it, the elusive decrees of the solar Will, of Sun/Vulcan: the close correspondence between Rays and Orbits that binds the two Luminaries (2/4 – 4/ 2) allows the central Fire to pervade every atom and to lead it, step by step, to that “concordance” of vibration which has the name Unity.
The Good (Jupiter) and the Beautiful (Mercury) are all One (Vulcan) and Space resounds with this harmonic celestial note.
In particular, for our sacred Sowing at the attestation of the Evolutionary Plan at 49 Goals, in the year 6.2-2023 the electric Fire of Aries transmitted to the Earth by the Jupiter-Mercury Polarity makes Space sacred and clarifies the infinite foundations of the New World Religion:
“A dominant feature of the future religion (and its glory) will be the cult of Space, recognized as divine love, and of Light, understood as divine intelligence. And this not merely in a symbolic sense, but starts from their physical manifestations. This will be the real revolution in the religious approach.

Jupiter then moves to Taurus on July 11, 2023, towards the beneficial and constructive meeting in 2024 with Uranus, the Unveiler in Taurus (from 2018 to 2025: 7 Earth years: The Seven steps towards 2025), now finally no longer in conflict/square with Saturn at the end of Aquarius: Saturn, Lord of karmic rebalancing, enters Pisces on April 29, 2023, progressively approaching the God of Waters Neptune, thus offering humanity for the next 2 and a half years a further and severe opportunity for redemption and salvation from the astral plane (underlined in the solstice chart by the conflict/square between Neptune and Mars in Gemini, and by the Earth at the Gates of Cancer, as well as their resolving trines to Saturn).

In the causal incipit of the solstitial Gate (Sun-Earth axis qualified by Capricorn-Cancer energies), also our solar AngelVenus is in Aquarius, enhancing the influx of 5th Ray energy, the strength and constructive science of the Mind (Manas). Also in this case we note the correspondence of Rays and Orbits between the two Luminaries in Aquarius (Saturn 3rd Ray on the 5th Orbit and Venus 5th Ray on the 3rd Orbit): Saturn and Venus here are the image of the electric Light of the Truth which radiates the systemic Space like water of life and reverberates on the Earth (3rd Ray not sacred) to build, according to the Law and the Golden Rule, the New Solar Culture and Right Relations between the Kingdoms, another name of universal Brotherhood.
Neptune in Pisces and Uranus in Taurus (4th Ray) complete the picture of the year 6.2: their compound cycle, starting from the conjunction in Capricorn of 1993, sees them proceed towards their collaborative aspect of sextile which will materialize in 2024 and will continue until 2029; the even Rays transmitted by the two Signs, as well as their common 1st Ray aspect,[2] allow the two solar Guardians of the hierarchical Community to lay the mysteric foundations of the new Religion of Heaven in the Sacredness of infinite Space.
It is in the Infinite that human Consciousness finds itself as Unity and Oneness, as part of the One which guards the sacredness of universal Communion.

In the initiatory impulse of the solstice, Jupiter, thundering at the incipit of Aries, square to the Sun on the threshold of the Gate of the Gods,[3] enjoins the opening to the Superior, to the World of Ideas: we must learn to think and act as infinite Beings in order to reunite the human Heart to the Hierarchy of Space.
