Today, Solar Festival or Full Moon of Aquarius, Earth and Moon in the opposite Sign (Leo), is the second of 12 Festivals in this year 6.2, dedicated to the Mother of the World – celebrations consecrated to honouring the feminine Origin as the “Substance of Love that illuminates everything”; in Aquarius we can contemplate the Mother as the substantial Source of the New Age, distributor of that water of life which will prove to human consciousness the Reality of universal Brotherhood.
In such solar Date (Sun-Earth-Moon Direction), the Group of world servers, the planetary Server, the golden section between Hierarchy and Humanity (Sun and Earth), realises in itself the Unity between Spirit/Sun and Matter/Moon, and radiates its liberating Light into human Consciousness, qualified by the Formula of the Mother here related to the energy of Aquarius:

The Formula is interwoven with the Words of power of the Master of Masters, solemnly sounded in the Living Space, and asserted in the One Heart of humanity at the entrance in this Sign:
the Christ-like note of the world Server, the unifying divine energy of the Second Ray of Love-Wisdom (the Buddhi Principle, the spiritual Soul or “group consciousness”) embodied in the Son, Christ-Maitreya – leading His beloved flock. The Christ Principle is indeed pointed to as the electric fire at the centre of every atom, as the sacred Seed from which the power of Service to the radiant and ‘more abundant’ life germinates, the service to the Spirit/Father, the Treasure dwelling in the Substance/Mother, as the Heart or Sun of its system.
And the ineffable Thread woven by the Mother of the World draws every atom and heart to that central Magnet, in the Silence of Her Command, as the substantial matrix of the hierarchical Principle, the indissoluble bond between worlds.
The water of life of the Mother is the light of the Mind (the 5th Ray of Aquarius, ruled by the Moon, the Mother of Form, at the hierarchical level), the spatial Substance fecundated, or ‘electrified’, by Life (Spirit), through the lightning of Thought.
— (…) Nobody wants to consider that Light is the effect of thought, but the multitudes that inhabit the interplanetary spaces will willingly acknowledge the power of mental cooperation. They realize cooperation and understand responsibility. One can enroot oneself in a universal thought and thus acquire wings in heaven and on Earth—the foundation. Her Command is therefore voluntary cooperation, active obedience, will-to-serve, and it flows beneficently and unceasingly through the systemic Space, nurturing seeds, making worlds cohesive, enlightening consciousnesses.
The Star of the Mother, the sign of the Advent or Reappearance of the feminine Origin indicated in the Teaching, bears within Itself the miracle of Love, the treasure of Light, and moves towards the predestined in succour of Humanity, as a Mother waits for her beloved Son.
The Power of the Christ and the Love of the Mother are the two wings of the Aquarian Server, of the Spirit of Humanity flying on the Path of the great Service, of the Return to the Father’s Home, to the great Silence:

We therefore dedicate the following excerpts from the Teaching to the feminine Origin, to the Mother of the World, to the One who weaves the fabric of the worlds far and near, the unifying Substance between all Brothers, Co-workers and Protectors.

The Fabric of the Mother of the World is a fluid network of psychic energy woven by collaborators from all around the world:
— Likewise each traveler can fill space with useful ties. Even in antiquity, the dwellers of a community, after a certain amount of time, went separate ways for a while. Such an outspreading fluid network has an enormous salutary significance. One must send not only thoughts but also psychic energy over great distances. The ancients called such a fluid network the fabric of the Mother of the World. Therefore, when the Head of the Community proclaimed the approach of the date of departure, the manifested co-workers rejoiced, for this signified that the net of psychic energy was already strong. — In its essence Brotherhood is a school of thinking. Each act of the Brotherhood is in itself the expression of a thought useful to humanity. Each new consciousness will be welcomed by the Brotherhood and will find support in it.
It is right that simultaneously in different countries cooperation is being hailed; such a web will be worthy of the Mother of the World. (Brotherhood § 379)
The “treasure” of the Mother-Substance is the indivisibility of its fundamental particles, the essential atoms of the water of life of Aquarius, which are the basis of the electricity of Space and of psychic energy:
— Urusvati knows the Ineffable Essence. The divisibility of all that exists is unlimited, yet in each separate part can be found the smallest “something” of the Ineffable Essence. The ancient thinkers, the alchemists, called this “something” “The Treasure of the Mother”, “Eye of Jupiter”, “The Stronghold of Victory”. Now science has come to the realization that this basic particle should be studied.
One may ask how the alchemists, with their imperfect apparatuses, could cognize the finest particles of Be-ness. Indeed, only by way of psychic cognition. We speak about this early example in order to remind you that even perfect apparatuses must have the participation of psychic energy. Science must attempt to solve its difficult problems, but it is time to acknowledge the role that psychic energy must play.
