Sun/Vulcan-Mars-Neptune alignment

Today it occurs the central or 4th of the 7 heliocentric conjunctions of Mars with Neptune in Pisces, the crucial one of Their 6th Ray sacred, ardent and inspiring Action back to “Father’s Home”.*

As taught by Esoteric Astrology, “Pisces governs the feet and hence the whole thought of progress, of attaining the goal, and the treading of the Path of Return has been the underlying spiritual revelation of the great cycle through which we are passing; also, in the Piscean Age, the lesser cycle out of which we are at this time moving, it has been the origin of all the teaching given by the world religions anent the various stages of the Path of Return” (A. A. Bailey, Esoteric astrology, p 128-9, Lucis Collection).

In this sign, the influences attributed by the teaching to these two Sixth Ray Luminaries remind us that: “It is interesting to note that the astrologer, Alan Leo, suggests Neptune as an alternative to Jupiter. He sensed and touched upon a mystery of initiation though he did not realise the magnitude of his discovery. Neptune focusses the influence of Pisces as it concerns humanity as a whole and not just the individual man, but this only takes place towards the final stages of the Path of Discipleship. Today humanity is moving rapidly towards the position of the World Disciple, and intuiting this, he suggests Neptune as an alternative to Jupiter.” (Ibidem, p 129).

Neptune veils the Christ as the initiator of Humanity.

Since the second Luminary protagonist of this Encounter, expresses “the experience of the personality and effort, which is the mode of attainment governed by Mars”, we can live this appointment in Heaven inspired by a well-known sutra of Agni Yoga:

“People believe they can attain perfection by many methods. This multiplicity of mirages lulls the mediocre mind. But one really has only two ways to live: either wisely and ardently to seek the realization of Aum, or to lie in a coffin like a log—self-centered and impoverished in spirit—assuming that one’s destiny will be taken care of by something or someone else.

It would seem, then, that a true striving toward realization of supreme possibilities should fill the greater part of human life as a most essential and engrossing occupation. But in reality the light of knowledge has been replaced by the conventional dogma of religion; and man, meant to be a thinker, worships his dark corner of idols, hanging amulets upon himself without even understanding the meaning of their symbols. Repeat this to all those who sleep in the darkness of the ordinary.

There exist no half-measures; there is either striving or the paralyzing cold of death. Moreover, striving is replete with the joy of cosmic realization, whereas the stiffening of death is filled with terror.

The governments that try to conceal their poverty of thought behind a mask of conventional success are doing the work of grave-diggers. Thus, it is necessary to point out to the younger generations the approach of the Yoga of Life.

All preceding Yogas, given from the highest Sources, took as their basis a particular aspect of life. Now, at the dawn of the age of Maitreya, there is needed a Yoga comprising the essence of the whole of life, all-embracing, evading nought. One remembers the example of those unignitible youths in the biblical legend who valiantly sacrificed themselves to the fiery furnace and thereby acquired power.

You may call this the Yoga of Life. But the most precise name will be Agni Yoga. It is precisely the element of fire that gives its name to this Yoga of self-sacrifice. While in other Yogas the dangers are diminished through practices, in the Yoga of Fire the perils are increased, because fire, as an all-binding element, manifests itself everywhere. But it also permits mastery of the subtlest energies. Fire will not lead away from life; it will act as a trustworthy guide to the far-off worlds. For what but fire saturates immeasurable space?

Thus, with a smile of joy, greet the fiery life.” (Agni Yoga § 158).

Inspired in the heart by these stimuli (the Yoga of Fire and the Yoga of Heaven) we look at 2025 dedicating our effort — as a Prototype for a Planetary Order (see Asserting the Planetary Plan) — to that Sixth Ray action synthetized in the 6th assertion (see here):

I LEAD BACK TO THE CULTURE OF HEAVEN

* 7 in each Sign, that is, 84 in a complete circle around the Sun/Zodiac.

84 = 12×7 is a Number of Synthesis between Space (12 fields) and Life (7 centers) and is of Uranian matrix (revolution cycle of 84 terrestrial years).

Every 163-4 years approximately (i.e., a complete turn or year of the great Lord of the Waters Neptune (6th Ray on the 7th Orbit but also Second Luminary/Scheme of Synthesis: the Mother), there are these 84 conjunctions between Neptune and Mars: we can think that, at causal level (heliocentric), these 84 (12×7) unions and directions between Sensitivity and Desire push solar Substance to respond to the synthesizing and initiatory Action of Uranus (7th Ray on the 6th Orbit but also First Luminary/Scheme of Synthesis: the Father), thanks especially to the resonance between the Numbers of Rays, Orbits and Directions / causal conjunctions.

Mars, “Who translates Vulcan’s Will into Action”, brings heaven to earth by force or love. Harmonically and according to the astronomical key, It is in relation of octave to the Earth, as Neptune is in relation to Uranus:

Uranus: Neptune = 84 years : 164-8 years
Earth: Mars = 1 : 2 (22-23 months)

If therefore the Earth/Gea is the “Consort” of Uranus (carrying His Will down to the etheric / physical level of manifestation), Mars is likewise an alter-ego of Neptune (governing the astral level of manifestation, the direct channel for buddhic and, beyond, monadic Love), thus translating Love / Desire / Kamâ onto the lower (closer to concrete matter) levels.

Religious silence … 🙂
