This year we have collected in the Ecliptic garden those solar seeds full of potential and vision to assist the causal[1] and conscious Construction, starting from the igneous level of Thought, of the New Culture and Civilization (Goal 5.5 of the Plan).
To build ever more clearly the image of the New Solar Culture and Civilization, we have loved and illuminated, in the Cross or “squaring of the circle” of the annual Cycle, the following Seeds or ideal Formulas, to impress in the hearts and minds of us-humanity, as we are going to sow the 4th and last (4th quadrant from the September Equinox to the December 2019 solstice)[2]:

Fire of the Unity at the Center, the celestialWisdom as the primary Force of Construction, the Power of Love (the Christic Principle) as our Light and Guide and, now, the Reality of Being as the supreme Goal or propulsive Origin of the New solar Culture: Communion is the Being, it is said, and the primary Idea of Brotherhood of the coming Age of Aquarius is its substance and essence.
A truly crucial year awaits us (2020: see here) and in this last part of three months it is necessary to collect as much as possible all our capacity for concentration and contemplation, in order to offer our hearts to the reality of Being and a free mind“steady in the Light” to the New that breaks through.
Let us therefore look in detail at the energies available according to the usual septenary organization of sacred Luminaries and draw on Their Wisdom and Power.
As emerges from the comparison between the inner and outer wheel of the heliocentric Chart,[3] the wise and benevolent Jupiter (Second Ray of Love-Wisdom) leaves the dynamic fire of Sagittarius and celebrates its New Year by entering Capricorn (1st-3rd-7th R.) the 19th of October, where Its Brothers of Aspect Saturn (Third Ray of Creative Intelligence) and Pluto (First Ray of Will/Power, vicar of Sun/Vulcan at the Center) are waiting for It, ever closer.
The Triad of the Three Rays of Aspect (1. Vulcan/Pluto, 2. Jupiter and 3. Saturn) shines in the Summit, and great initiatory possibilities open up to the planetary and human consciousness:

To prepare us to receive the supernal Light of such initiatory alignments, especially when the Sun (Soul) and our Earth (Personality) will ascend to the Peak in the next Solstice Dates, let us identify ourselves with the Model of the solar Plan by radiating the seven causal formulas of the fourth impulse and season of the 2019 cycle:

Let the rhythmic motion of Fire raise the vibration of Humanity
This Septenary of Active Formulastends to fix, from the mental causal plane, the Directions impressed by the Rays Builders of the Solar Plan, those Sounds and Lights that rule the solar evolution of the Planet and Humanity.
May we identify ourselves, as if, to the best of our ability, with the solar Sources of events and follow their evolutionary dictates.
The Thought of the Heart of the Disciple-Humanity knows how to discriminate the Way that leads to the Door of Initiation (Venus, Fifth Ray of Mind and Concrete Knowledge, esoteric Ruler of Gemini and hierarchical Ruler of Capricorn, now sextile to Jupiter and square to Saturn-Pluto): the pairs of opposites that paralyze little human minds are transcended by the Principle of Balance (Karma and Dharma) of the Greater Good to release the fire of a new Power (Earth at 0° Aries 1st-7th R., opposite Sun-Vulcan in Libra 3rd R., square to Jupiter).
Such is the Truth of Heaven and of cosmic Love that initiates to the Sacredness of Life.
The electric fire of the new Power (Aries) is mastered through the caduceus of Mercury (Fourth Ray of Harmony through Conflict), Lord of Beauty and of the fourth Human Hierarchy of the Initiates, as well as the esoteric ruler of Aries for the Disciple-Humanity. Mercury is still, as at the last solstice, in Its “hierarchical” Field Scorpio (4th R.), which calls the spiritual Soul (the Christic Principle / Buddhi) of Man to triumph in the understanding of the Beauty of Being.
It will save the world inspiring the vision of aharmonic human Order in imitation of the Solar Father’s House Model (trine to Neptune, Sixth Ray of abstract Idealism and Devotion), thus anchoring the ardent desire to reform the foundations of the New Culture on the reality of Being (sextile Mercury to Mars, 6th R. non sacred, in Virgo and to Saturn and Pluto in Capricorn): the creative Intelligence of Humanity is already activating the stations of the planetary Plan to re-establish the solar Order on Earth.
The Light of Life, the rhythmic motion of the advancing Fire, is unstoppably raising the vibration of Humanity: “nothing can stop Spring”! (Uranus, Seventh Ray of Ceremonial Order and Magic, in Taurus, in triangulation to the other two earth signs, agents of precipitation and consolidation).

To the commentary of the Signs of the heliocentric Heaven for the “deep” Luminaries, some brief notes can be added:
- only Mercury is in a different Sign, in Libra joined to Venus, to underline how the serenity or impartiality of the mind is the way to balance the waves of feeling and free oneself from past karma (square to Moon[4] in Cancer conjunct to the axis of the lunar nodes near the Star Sirius, with Saturn and Pluto opposite);
- at the equinox Jupiter still presents a full square to Neptune, supporting the conflicts necessary to seek the dynamic harmony between the wisdom of thought and that of emotion, and channeling all forces on the ground towards this transmutation. At the next solstice It will peak between the lunar node and the Sun, to magnetize supernal Love over the initiatory field for the NGWS impact week, when It will be joined to the annular eclipse of the Sun (new moon 26th December): There is no love greater than love.[5]
